Sultan's Patisserie Baklava is a family business that brings the palace cuisine tradition of Gaziantep to the heart of Utrecht. Three generations of mastery is felt in every tray.
We source our Antep pistachios directly from Türkiye, and our butter from the highest-quality Dutch farms. Our phyllo is hand-rolled in daylight, with each layer measured by the chef himself.
For us, baklava is more than a dessert; it is the symbol of sharing and celebration. Every order makes you our guest, every delivery the start of a feast.
